TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Any number of machines can be taken; however, one machine, one form.
ALL cheques to be given along with this form.
2. Machines would be delivered/ collected by us at our cost within city
municipal limits only; octroi, if payable, to your account. Check best
price offer on pre-mix (coffee/ tea), for Vending Machine; only on
DoorDelivery, COD basis.
3. Any damage caused to the machine due to mishandling/ shifting etc
would be to your account and adjusted from the security deposit (or paid
for by you in case the repair/ replacement amount is more than the
Security Deposit).
4. In case of loss of machine, you would be liable to pay its full
invoice value as mentioned above.
5. The machine would be maintained by us at site as if it were under an
All-Inclusive Maintenance Contract. The machine supplied would be in
perfect working condition and not more than two years old.
6. Minimum contract period is four quarters. If less (but multiples of a
quarter), then a pre-closure charge of one month’s rent for each
quarter, or part, short closed, would be payable by you.
7. In case you decide to buy the machine, within one week of
installation, then we would adjust the full amount paid towards rental/
deposit against the purchase value.
8. On installation, our person would be present to initiate your
operation of machine for optimum utilization/ best tastes.
Kindly sign a copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance of the
contents mentioned herein and return it to us, along with one current
and three-pd cheques, for our records. We wish you ‘Refresh ho jao!’ |
