Conditions |
1. Payment
Terms: 25% advance with order. Balance
against proforma / delivery / COD etc as
applicable.
2. Delivery & Forwarding : Within 2-3
weeks of receipt of order / advance (see above
for charges).
3. Packing & Forwarding : (For despatches
outside Mumbai only.) 4% of list price. Octroi,
etc. if applicable, at your cost. Material would
be despatched on freight-to-pay basis.
(For out-of-Mumbai, before ordering,
kindly check what services would be
available in your city)
4. Warranty: One year against
manufacturing defects, including defective
lights, glass tank etc. Breakages, damages due
to carelessness, accident etc not covered. |

RENTAL BASIS |
This is
available for individuals as well as
firms, companies, hotels, restaurants etc.
subject to the following condition:
(1) Minimum duration is one year. (2)
Refundable deposit of 10% of list price of
unit + three, monthly advance rental amounts as
down payment. (3) Down payment and nine
monthly rental PDCs in advance. (4) Dead
fishes would be replaced once monthly. (5)
Client to ensure continuous, un-interrupted
power supply; any deaths, damaged etc due to
power failure, etc would be fully at client's
cost. (6) Included AMC/FISHY service. |
