For high consumption times, the Bank provides an almost
continuous supply
of steaming hot stock- a proportionate mix of milk/ water
(sugar is not
recommended adding here since, at a later stage someone may
require tea/
coffee without sugar). Then feed the MTC-4J, MTC-6J or
MTC-Jumbo4J,
depending upon the number of cups to be made per batch, for
actually
making the Chai.
Of course, you can also make Chai in Bank using a special
Tea-Sieve so
that ready, kadak chai can be poured directly into serving
jugs. Use this
option only if the entire tea made is to be used within 15 to
30 minutes
Specifications: Operates on 220 vac, single-phase, 8A. 2
immersion heaters,
though one is necessary normally. Standby switch for power
saving for slack
periods and allowing you to speedily return to the operational
mode. Two
dead-weight dispensing taps- easy to remove and clean
thoroughly. Auto
water feed. Lo/No water audio-visual alarm plus auto-shut-off.
