Yummmm, it's the aroma of freshly popped popcorn which lures the customers to your machine! To get tasty, crunchy (& not sticking to
your teeth), big-size popped corn with minimum wastage, least cycle
time and minimum power consumption, the following conditions need
to be fulfilled:
1. Properly engineered Kettle.
2. Correct quality of corn.
3. The correct type/grade of cooking oil and its purity/quality.
4. Correct proportion/total-quantity-per-batch of makka (corn)/
    oil/ masala (seasoning) per batch depending upon kettle capacity.
5. Proper timing/ temperature control during the popping cycle.
6. Proper storing/handling in the Warmer (machine) so that it retains
    its taste and flavour till the customer wants it.
7. Proper filling of (delicate) popcorn in cones or friendship/family/party
   packs while serving to the customer.

READY-TO-SELL
FLAVORED POPCORN

On the other hand, flavored popcorn comes to you, in a pack size
which is not only convenient to use but easy to store and which
results in minimum wastage on handling. Simply empty out the contents
in the Trays of the Warmer machine and you are ready-to-sell and make good money! Whatever is left unsold at the end of the day can be
repacked in the same polybag (use rubber band to properly close
the mouth of the bag and store in a cool, dry place) and voila, it is
ready to be used (finished) the next day!

The flavored popcorn comes sealed in thick polybags and is
good-for-use upto six-weeks from date stamped on the polybag
provided the bag is not torn or punctured. However, once the bag is
opened, store/use the leftover as specified above. Supplies daily, weekly, monthly or as specified depending upon your quantity-per-order.
