To make Filter Coffee:
1. Ensure Cup-Sieve holes are not clogged.
2. Place Cup-Sieve in Cup-Sieve-Holder. Add a measure of slightly-coarse-ground
coffee powder and press gently  with the round-weight supplied.
3. Ensure Rubber-Gasket is in position within Cup-Bracket.
4. Engage Cup-Sieve-Holder in Cup-Bracket. Place in position  and turn anti-clockwise till it ‘locks’.
5. Open water lever fully.

6. Dark brown liquor will flow into mug
below producing a nice layer of crema.
   Progressively, liquor will become lighter
in colour, finally even watery. Turn off
water supply lever a little before.
7. Remove mug below when desired
quantity of correct strength coffee liquor
is collected. Put another mug to collect
   balance (comparatively diluted but
   usable) flow.

CAUTION: Wait 30-60 seconds for drip-drip-drip to stop  completely, for built-up
pressure to be fully released, before disengaging Cup-Sieve-Holder from machine.
Remove Cup-Sieve, clean, re-fill and get ready for the next shot.
