SELECTION GUIDE :
Choose your combination depending upon your
requirements. The guide given
below is indicative. For ease of
understanding, the various combinations are >
OPT1 - only the Hands Clean Unit (can
only be wall mounted). OPT2 - the
Hands Clean Unit fixed on Wash Basin/ Wall
Panel (can only be wall mounted)
and OPT3 - Hands Clean Unit
mounted on Wall Panel which is mounted on
the Support Bracket; the complete Hands
Clean Station: .
*CATERERS: Normally such catering is
organised in open areas or halls. The
former usually have no proper hands washing
facilities and what we generally
see is very shabby, messy, unhygienic and
totally lacking in class. Since
locations keep varying go for OPT3. .
*EXHIBITIONS: Generally as above.
However, in food areas, and no exhibi-
tion is without it, definitely need one, or
more, of the OPT3s. .
*FOOD PROCESSING COMPANIES: An obvious
necessity. Since locations
are fixed, the OPT2s are recommended. .
*HOTELS and . . : Where lot of seminars
and conferences are held, the OPT3
will be most useful & impressive. They would
also limit (only) the hands wash
customers’ traffic to the toilets. Besides, it
shows an organised and caring
attitude on the part of the hotel to its
patrons. OPT2s for kitchen areas. .
* . . . . RESTAURANTS: Generally the
smaller restaurants have a tiny wash-
basin, maybe a mirror, towel rack, soap cake -
all very untidily fixed with
various pipes, wires, nails etc all over the
place. Because of the microscopic
size of the wash basin, water often splashes
out making the surrounding area
wet and messy. Go for OPT2. At first sight it
might appear that the bigger
washbasin would eat up a lot of space but this
is not actually so. The bigger
restaurants who already have good wash-basins
can go for OPT1s. Nothing
could be more impressive. Plus no hassle of
mounting the individual dryer/
tap/soap dispenser separately. OPT2 or OPT3
for kitchen area! .
*LARGE CANTEENS: Depending upon the
number of people being catered
to, install one, or more, OPT2s in a row. You
could even do away with your
standard washrooms (and use the area more
productively!). .
*PETROL PUMPS: Aah the modern
establishments where the Food Bazaar
has become as important as the fuel itself!
Customers often need to wash
hands/ face and they couldn’t be bothered to
go to the Loo (instead they may
go to the next petrol pump itself!). While the
gentlemen refuel the cars, the
ladies/ children take care of themselves. OPT3
at entrance (Food Bazaar).
*PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES: A mix of
OPT1s and OPT2s, all
strategically located for maximum
effectiveness and easy accessibility. .
*OFFICES & FACTORIES: Managements which
cannot even provide
neat, clean, convenient washrooms cannot be
successful! A mix of OPT1s
& OPT2s would be ideal- a one-point source of
cleanliness with convenience!
*OPERATION THEATRES: Demanding the
highest levels of hygiene with
convenience. OPT2 would be ideal though at
places the OPT1 may be required.
*TERRACE FLATS/ BUNGALOWS: Limit
unnecessary traffic to the toilet.
For that delicacy of washing the tips of your
fingers at a party- say yes toOPT3.
*SCHOOLS & COLLEGES: Up till now they
have been neglected areas . But
no more! Managements are recognising the sheer
importance of clean, healthy
and hygienic environments. Generally OPT2s.
Maybe one OPT3 for Functions.

IMPORTANT ACCESSORIES :
# Water Supply. :
This can be done in three ways- .
a) A regular water supply is available.

the water outlet pipe (from source) to the
Water
Inlet nozzle of standard 1/2” BSP size
provided
at bottom of Wall Panel. .
b) Somehow an overhead water tank is
available.
Connect as in (a) above. You may not get the
desired water pressure. .
c) None of the above two are available.
You could
opt for our Tank Pump unit. Choose from
(i)
model R110 > 18”w x 45”h x 9”d,
capacity - 110
litres. Place on rear portion of Support
Bracket &
connect water supply as in (a) above & plug
wire
into an electrical socket provided on rear of
Wall

auto-tap is sought to be used) OR (ii) model

x15”d. Place this unit below the
Basin. .
# Lit Display :
To inform/ attract users, a digitally printed
lit
display is available in two models - (a) front
&
back and (b) triangular shape. Adjustable
height,
total, from 6’ to 8’. Mounting on Support
Bracket.
Maximise
Benefits :
# Drainage. :
This can be done in two ways. .
a) A drainage line is available nearby.
In this case
simply lead the drainage pipe (supplied with
the
unit) into the drainage line. .
b) If a
drainage line is not available, simply keep
a decent bucket/ any other container below the
outlet. Empty periodically. (If this method is
used you would not be able to use the U60
Tank Pump unit).
# Two-on-one mounting :
For heavy usage, it may be necessary to have
more than unit. You can easily mount two HCUs
on one Support Bracket. .
# Liquid Soap :
Good quality liquid soaps (Lifebuoy, etc) can
be
diluted upto 50% with water with no loss of effectiveness; also helps in optimising soap
consumption. |
